Not sure what to schedule? Book an In-person Consultation (No Virtual Consultations) *NEW CLIENTS MUST BOOK A CONSULTATION BEFORE BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT!* Deposits are non-refundable. No deposit refunds will be granted under any circumstances. • All deposits made when booking an appointment are considered a retainer fee and will be applied to your final balance. •You are allowed one reschedule, after that a new deposit is required. Prepare for your Appointment • NO Additional Guests are allowed unless your child is being serviced, one guardian may remain. • If you have any cold symptoms or been around someone that has COVID-19 please reschedule. • Mask are to be worn during your entire service. Hair Prep Hair MUST be freshly washed and detangled with ABSOLUTELY NO PRODUCTS APPLIED. Blowouts are included with applicable services. Please DO NOT flat iron your hair. • If your hair is not prepared your appointment will be CANCELLED and deposit will be forfeited. • No Emergency/Same Day appointments. •Appointments can be scheduled up to 48 hours before the desired date • If your hair is shorter than 4 inches please message me Appointments on weekdays (Mon-Fri) are after hours ONLY and are subject to an additional after hours fee ($50) and must be approved by me first. (Select styles only) Attendance You have a 10 minute grace period. Please communicate if there is any delay. After 15 mins there will be a $20 late fee. After 20 mins your appointment will be automatically cancelled and deposit is forfeited. There is a 48 hour cancellation notice. If you do not show up or cancel without notice your deposit is forfeited and there will be a 30% charge. You will be considered a No Call No show and will no longer be able to book future appointments. Hair Concerns *Hair is included with most braid services* Please select any add ons along with your service. • Any issues or concerns with your hair must be reported within 24 hours of your appointment. • No refunds will be honored. Please communicate any issues right away. Complimentary corrections will be honored within a reasonable timeframe. Marketing Consent I will be recording and taking pictures during your appointment. Payment • Your remaining balance can be paid with Cash, CashApp, Apple pay, Venmo PayPal & Card. Contact me for any style inquires not listed. Prices subject to change.
